An annual physical is required for students to be eligible for participation in sports. In order to register for a sport for the 2026-2027 school year, an updated physical dated within a calendar year of sports registration is required, along with any Asthma Action Plans or Emergency Care Plans signed by both parent and doctor. An up-to-date physical should include updated immunization records, vision/glasses information, permission to carry (inhalers/Epi-Pens), and clear the student of any injuries.
